Booking Terms

  • Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
  • All tariffs are on an all-inclusive basis and cover breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner.
  • Full payment is due at check-in. Cash and online payments are both accepted.
  • A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it by phone or WhatsApp.
  • Valid photo identification is required for every adult guest at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are not permitted.
  • A confirmed booking may instead be put on hold for up to one year from the original date.
  • A booking may be transferred to another person, with the amount paid applied as credit.

Child Policy

  • Children below 4 years stay complimentary.
  • Children between 4 and 6 years are charged ₹1,000 per day.
  • Children above 6 years are charged at the adult tariff.

House Rules

  • Meals are served at fixed hours; please let us know in advance about dietary needs.
  • We request quiet hours after 10:00 PM out of respect for other guests and neighbours.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property.
  • The homestay is not responsible for loss of valuables left unattended.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the details you share with us for a booking — your name, phone number, travel dates and any message you send. We use them solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage your stay. We do not sell, rent or share your details with any third party for marketing.

Our booking enquiry form does not store anything on this website; it simply opens WhatsApp with your message. Any analytics used on this site collect anonymous, aggregate traffic data only.

If you would like your details removed from our records, write to us and we will remove them.

The information and photographs on this website are provided in good faith and describe Jhandi Clouds Homestay as accurately as we can. Views, weather and road conditions in the hills change with the season and are outside our control.

Tariffs and policies published here may be revised without prior notice. The rate confirmed with you at the time of booking is the one that applies to your stay.
